Admissions to Infant and Junior School
In the Infant and Junior School the normal procedure is a family interview with the Head of School followed by an evaluation of the child. The following documentation is required at this stage:
- completed application forms
- copy of birth certificate
- transcript from previous school (if applicable)
- copies of previous reports (if applicable)
- copies of diagnostic evaluations (if applicable)
Successful candidates are placed according to age - for enrolment in Kinder, children must be four years old by 1st September.
Depending on availability of space, enrolment is open throughout the year. However, particularly for admissions into Pre-Kinder, Pre-primary and Junior 1, parents are advised to apply before the end of January for the following September.

Admissions to Intermediate and Senior School
For admission to Greengates, evidence of past academic performance is required (a minimum of a 'B' average) and the school reserves the right to restrict admission to students who can demonstrate that they are likely to benefit from a rigorous English language curriculum. Comprehensive ESL support services are available for those needing help with English.
