Welcome to the Greengates Intermediate School
I
should like to take this opportunity of welcoming you to Greengates Intermediate
School, Mexico. I , Mrs Kim Holmes, am the Head of the Intermediate School.
I was born in Oxford UK. I trained at Loughborough University UK( B.Sc Hons
in Physical Education, Sports Science and Recreation Management), at St. Luke’s,
Exeter University UK(PGCE ) and at Birmingham University UK ( M.Ed, International
School Curriculum and Management). I have worked in the UK and in Africa in
International Schools prior to coming to Greengates School , Mexico in 1991
with my husband.
Greengates is an inspiring place to work. The courses offered to the students at our British International school promote our basic mission of academic rigor, tolerance and understanding among our culturally and linguistically diverse student population, whatever one’s race, colour or creed. We have high academic expectations of our students at all levels. In addition, it is our desire that Greengates students are happy and enjoy their time here. We wish to create a memorable "Greengates experience" for all our students as we prepare them to be nothing less than well-rounded citizens capable of studying anywhere in the world.
