Greengates Young Musician of the Year

The finalists of Greengates School's Young Musician of the Year Competition took to the stage on Thursday 15^th February, showcasing the extraordinary musical talents of our primary and secondary students. The event celebrated their skills in both classical and popular music, with a diverse repertoire ranging from Chopin to Metallica.

Congratulations to our talented performers: Kyoichi, Rodrigo, Mila, Hetong, Danny, Gaia, Rocky, Emma, Yimiao, Marco, Fernando and Daniel, whose outstanding accomplishments fascinated a captivated audience of parents, students and teachers.

Among the standout performances, Mila L.claimed the title of Primary Musician of the Year with her mesmerising drum solo to The Arctic Monkeys' 'A Certain Romance'. Meanwhile, Yimiao C. enchanting flute performance of 'Carmen Fantasy' earned her the title of Secondary Musician of the Year.

We applaud not only the winners, but all the participants for their dedication to musical excellence and for making this competition a resounding success.
